Returns Policy

We guarantee the right to withdraw from the contract and thus return the ordered goods without giving a reason. You can withdraw from the contract within 30 days from the date of receipt of the shipment. To comply with the 30-day deadline for submitting a statement of withdrawal from the contract, it is sufficient to submit a statement before its expiration via on line form on our website. The mutual performance of the parties must be returned without delay, and no later than within 14 days of withdrawal from the contract. If you withdraw from the contract, you send us the goods you received from us no later than 14 days after withdrawing from the contract, and we will return all money received, including delivery costs, to you no later than 14 days after withdrawing from the contract. We may delay the refund of the payment received from the Buyer until it receives the returned item or until it receives confirmation from the Buyer that the item has been sent, whichever occurs first. The goods must be sent at your own expense to the return address in the Czech Republic: Kaprova 42/14, Old Town, Prague 1, 110 00, Czechia (not cash on delivery). Goods offered as a set must be returned as a whole. To speed up the return process, the customer can use the completed return document attached to the invoice. The returned goods must not be damaged and must not show signs of wear other than wear and tear as part of the usual handling of the purchased goods. (e.g. resulting from the necessity of testing or other inspection of the goods). In the event of the return of damaged goods or goods with signs of wear exceeding the scope of normal handling, Hcollections may claim compensation against the buyer in the amount of the value of the damage or wear, whereby the amount of this compensation may be deducted from the amount of the sales price to be returned to the buyer. In case of withdrawal from the contract, the contract is considered not concluded. We ask that you adhere to the specified deadline for returning the goods. The amount for the returned goods will be remitted by bank transfer. It is not possible to exchange returned goods for others. If Hcollections does not deliver all ordered goods within 30 days, the customer has the right to terminate the contract with immediate effect.

Shipping

Goods are delivered within 2-4 working days from the moment the order is received, unless another delivery date was specified when the order was placed. Goods are delivered in the order of incoming orders, until stocks last. In case of a large number of incoming orders, some products may be delivered by another shipment at a later date within 3-4 weeks from the date of receipt of the order. Delivery of goods is limited to the territory of the Czech Republic. The cost of postage is included only when the main shipment is delivered, even if the order is made in the form of partial deliveries. The deadline for order execution may be extended for reasons beyond the control of the company. We reserve the right to continuously make changes, both to the prices of goods from our offer and to the price of postage, whereby these changes do not affect the rights of persons who placed an order before these changes were made. The customer can choose different delivery options when ordering. Shipment To the post office - the shipment is stored at the storage post office belonging to the address indicated during the order. These shipments are not delivered to the address, their storage is notified to the addressee. In hand - the parcel is delivered by an employee of Česká pošta sp to the address specified during the order, if the addressee cannot be reached, it is subsequently stored at a post office branch. Both the delivery and possible storage of the shipment are notified to the addressee. It is not possible to deliver the shipment directly to the customer's address. SMS notifications about shipments are only possible if the client provides a mobile phone number. The customer has the following options to pay the price shown on the website or in the catalog: by card, online payment, cash on delivery.
